Pricing is based on the type of service, size of the space, scope of work, time required, and any materials or special requests involved. Gift baskets are priced according to the selected gift level, customization, and any specialty or premium items requested. After discussing your needs, The Organized Touch LLC will provide clear pricing or a personalized quote before services begin.
Is a consultation required?
A consultation is recommended for organizing, decorating, home refreshes, specialty projects, and services that require a personalized quote. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your needs, your space, your vision, and your budget before services begin. Some services may not require a consultation.
What about deposits and payment?
A deposit may be required to secure your service date or begin a custom project. Custom gift basket orders must be paid in full before items are purchased and the basket is created. For organizing, cleaning, decorating, and other services, the required deposit and remaining balance will be clearly communicated with your quote before services begin.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to help ensure your preferred date is available. Larger organizing, cleaning, decorating, and specialty projects may require additional advance notice. Custom gift baskets should also be ordered in advance to allow time for planning, shopping, and personalized creation.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact The Organized Touch LLC as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Custom gift basket orders may not be refundable once shopping or purchasing of personalized, specialty, or requested items has begun. Any applicable cancellation, deposit, or rescheduling terms will be clearly communicated before your order or booking is confirmed.
Are supplies and materials included?
Basic cleaning supplies and standard organizing materials may be included depending on the service. Any additional products, specialty supplies, storage containers, décor, or other materials needed for your project will be discussed with you in advance and included in your quote or billed separately. Gift basket items and materials are included in the quoted basket price.
